Most residential repaint projects are completed in 4–10 days. Larger jobs may take several weeks, with our largest hotel and commercial projects extending several months and sometimes beyond. We’ll give you a clear timeline before we begin.

Every project is unique, especially here in the Sea to Sky. Pricing depends on surface area, substrate type and condition, prep work, paint quality, access requirements and project complexity. We provide detailed, no-obligation quotes after an assessment.

For all repaint projects we require a minimum of a 20% deposit, but sometimes up to 50%, depending on scope of work.

Spring through early fall is ideal, when weather conditions are more stable. We schedule with weather in mind to ensure quality results.

With proper prep and quality materials, exterior solid stain and paint can last 5–10+ years depending on the surface and exposure. For semi-transparent stains, expect 2-5+ years, and for transparent stains like Sikkens, Sansin and Broda, 1-4+ years.

Yes! We work with highly experienced carpenters to fix up any damaged or rotted areas prior to painting. We can provide a separate estimate for this, at your request. Pressure washing is included to clean and prep the surfaces for proper adhesion.
